We were shit, just we played a poor team who were bottom of the league. A top side would have ripped us apart.

I thought the same ,we missed a few sitters in the final third tonight need to be a lot more clinical ,wrong decision making in final third a lot of the time ,they scored from our poor corner as well

Any time you play 90 minutes and get two friggin shots on target with our supposed strikeforce then, yes, we really were that bad.

I have taken positives because we can play football down on the deck when we want too.. only sad thing is we couldn't break them down. They parked the bus, I didn't see them scoring in the game at all and was shocked they did.

If anyone is staying the weekend in Blackpool, I can recommend Mrs Wilks 'Private Rooms' in Starbeck Avenue. After a few hours reflection on the game if anything I'm more disappointed than I was post game. We can't even say we didn't have a good pre season, lots of new players taking time to gel and all those other lame excuses. We played Blackpool who were in a deeper mire than us a few seasons back on the numbers of players they had at their disposal. I will credit the posters who found positives out of that game for me there were none. I don't agree they parked the bus. They got their goal and then Their game plan was to hit us on the counter which they done well as they had a lot better chances than our one. Our midfield unit is getting dominated more than the mcphail/ Rae era but with less end product. The only glimmer going forward was taken off and then it was slow predictable football(again). We were very poor, rant done.

We played better in the second half but at the end of the day if you can't score goals you're always going to be in the shit. Especially with the defence that led up to blackpools goal too, ridiculous.

If we weren't shit why did 90% of our supporters who traveled up jeer the team at the end. Don't blight yourself wit stats, most of our shots on target were weak efforts. Well i don't know what game you watched because we were shocking, (especially in the first half) remember, our squad has been assembled at the cost of over £16 million in the summer against a club that only had 8 players up until a couple of months ago, they have only paid money for two of their squad, haven't won a game this season and had four or five of their free transfers missing last night.

Outfought & outwitted, our passing sometimes looks neat & tidy but even a side like Blackpool coped comfortably as it's all done too slowly!
