Just dreadful. Did not close down the defender. Slow. One paced. Loses focus. Passes the ball backwards. Even headers when unchallenged are weak and go to the opposition. Just dreadful.

After saying he was brilliant against Wednesday I have to say he was terrible for their goal today. As I was watching it live I was shouting stand him up but he just backed off and got what he deserved. Disgusting defending when in that position.

Ben Turner has been much mailgned on here and elsewhere.
Personally I can't wait for him to return.
Has his limitations as a footballer but is a much better defender than many give him credit for - and a defender's first job should be to defend.

can't argue with that. I don't think they understand that we like to keep players that gave 100% for the club. Absolute quims running the club

Easily the best defender at the club, and I would put him high up there as the best in the Championship, great physicality and wants to dominate his opposite number. Ismael Miller must of been laughing how soft as sh*t the centre backs he played against tonight are
