FAO Kenwyne Jones

Ishmael Miller showed the right type of attitude and workrate that a striker should be putting in every game. If we continue with Jones then we will not get anywhere and we certainly will not score the goals. He is so frustrating to watch, even Gunnarsson was having a go at him a few times because of his lack of movement. Javi Guerra will give us the workrate, hold up play, movement and the goals to at least gove us a chance to do something this season. Guerra with Ravel behind him would be lethal. Macheda with Ravel behind him would be good too.

In my personal opinion, Kenwyne Jones does not show enough effort to be a starter every game and i think he should be on the bench, so he can come on in the last 15 mins if we are winning.

Apart from Kenwyne, i thought nearly every player did well tonight and showed big effort and commitment.

PS: Bruno Ecuele Manga is pure quality and should be playing in the Premiership, not the Championship. Although i am so glad that he is ours. He is great in the air, he only lost around 5 headers against Miller all game, he is very composed and he is a very good ball playing defender. The guy is class.

think you will find yourself in a minority thinking most of the team played well, IMO we were dross, partly management team fault for starting with a team with no pace, no fight in midfield and no plan to get into the box when we had the ball. Need Mason back from loan pronto.
