You wont get any grief on here for that.

What is fundamentally wrong is the board/senior management/Vincent Tan. The board for sucking up to Tan so their investments are safe. Senior management for sacking Malky and bringing in Ole, now we find ourselves going back 10 years on the pitch. Finally Vincent Tan for showing himself up as the idiot he is bringing uncertainty into the club.

The problem lies all there and what is frustrating is only a few can see it.

Wow....some very honest replies. I tend to only say it as I see it. I almost felt like blackpool could have played without a keeper at points tonight. I think Ole bought badly again in the summer, you have not replaced key players and you have a strike force that is not receiving any service from the middle of the park.

Pending on results tomorrow you could be 10 points off the top of the league, and although thats not an insurmountable undertaking to catch, I think on tonights evidence you would be extremely unlikely to do so.

I hadn't looked at it that way topcat. Fair enough good point, well made. If he goes everyone will just continue making out that Tan is the problem with the club. I honestly had you selected as a top 6 club this season, I hope your guys luck improves (although obviously not when you play us ;p) best of luck chaps.

We can't argue that things aren't wrong, but I think it just comes down to organisation and leadership. We do have a good squad is just they have no direction and are not used to playing together, it's like we have picked twenty players at random, and are only just now, working out who is the best and in which position. We have changed to much too quickly and look to have wasted the preseason too.

It's a massive job now, we have the potential to be the good club with the late run, but can Slade sort them out quickly like Pullis did with Palace last year, we will have to wait and see ?

You're spot on, you won't get any grief whatsoever. Ole has made a right pigs ear of it here and I can't see him ever managing at a decent level ever again. Don't agree with you about Slade though, I think he's in a no lose situation, as it's such a shambles here, we'd welcome even a small improvement in results, organisation, fitness and effort, all of these lacking big time under Ole.

Golden rule mate, never bet on Cardiff. You're spot on in everything you say and we look very much like a side that are going to be sitting at the wrong end of the league this season.

Hornet fan, if you recall we had a chat a couple of months ago regarding the frailties regarding our midfield. Last night it was there for all to see.
But as has been said earlier, there are more worrying aspects within our club that are affecting &,,,influencing the current attitude & performances of our team/squad of players & management.

Unfortunately I can only see things getting worse, before they get better....
