Just because one owner does it doesn't mean it's right for every other owner to do it. Your football manager should be in charge of football affairs that's what they're employed to do, especially when your owner hasn't got the foggiest when it comes to football. I understand it's his money but you have to put trust in your manager, you listen to any stable football club the relationship between manager and chairman/owner is key, without that you're already climbing a hill.
