What I mean is, fair point gabbidon and young have had a good influence on the team so far, but no1 has mentioned slade, he's been around since before Sheffield Wednesday game in training etc so who's to say he is already having a big say on things and passing information on to gabbidon and young?
I think this is quite possible and slade could already be having a positive influence on things here at CCFC what do you think?

THINK its obvious he has been influencing team tactics at least, because against bournmouth we were disorganised ect ect but since slade came in after that we look lot more co ordinated and players are plaing basically in correct positions.

Cardiff City: We pick team, say Young and Gabbidon

Cardiff City's temporary managers Scott Young and Danny Gabbidon have held talks with owner Vincent Tan and likely new boss Russell Slade - but insist they have control of team selection.
Young and Gabbidon are set be in charge for the last time on Friday against Blackpool before Slade takes over.
"He's [Tan] talked football with us, but he's given us free reign," said Young.
"What you've seen in the games we've taken charge has been our decision."
Cardiff and Slade's ex-side Leyton Orient are in dispute over his move.
Malaysian businessman Tan also has revealed Slade is helping Cardiff as a consultant.
Meanwhile, Young says Cardiff defender Matt Connolly (hamstring) has a "50-50" chance of playing at Blackpool.
