To be totally honest I would love to see these 2 at the helm, no doubting totaly
Cardiff through and through bet they could do a job just like him down at the duck pond
Love their enthusiasm and lets face it its the same players as Slater will get??

I for one have always loved home talent coming through, but for me they are both out of their depth.
They do not have any experience and that really worries me.
We are not a 4th Division club anymore, Our club pays Premier League wages etc and has a squad that is worth Millions.
But I will be fully supporting them both
I have been told they will be part of Slades management team as Tan has demanded that.
So for me its a big " NO ".

Not for me right now, not with the pressure of promotion hanging over us. dont think the Guerra issue helped Scot much tbh.

Whilst we are at it, bring earnie, rhys weston and fortune-west in as coaches. Maybe leggy as DoF.
Completely agree with Annis, we arent small time anymore. we are trying to be a big club

They should remain part of the coaching setup but I wouldnt want to give either the managers job.

Never say never, but not right now!
Great to see them develop under a good man manager/motivator like Russell Slade, though!
Thu Oct 02, 2014 12:45 pm

A big Fat NO for me, Young showed is worth the way the he dealt with naming 2 players he felt was not pulling their weigh against Bournemouth that should have been done behind closed doors
Thu Oct 02, 2014 1:47 pm

Thu Oct 02, 2014 2:08 pm

Thu Oct 02, 2014 3:15 pm
No way the side the picked for Bournemouth was unbalanced ..and the way Young Singled two players ...was shocking...he should have singled himself and Gabbs out for the formation they picked...totally out of their depth
Thu Oct 02, 2014 3:23 pm
No way sorry !!! But word is Slade may now have to wait a few weeks if not longer to sort out whether he can join us or not
Thu Oct 02, 2014 3:30 pm
Done well to steady the ship but not in the long term.
Thu Oct 02, 2014 3:58 pm
Nope
Thu Oct 02, 2014 4:12 pm
Definitely not!
Also, I want Slade to bring in his own team and not have Young thrust upon him.
Thu Oct 02, 2014 4:14 pm

Thu Oct 02, 2014 6:53 pm
No way should Scott Young be anywhere near the first team after the way he treated Guerra and Kimbo. He couldn't manage in the Welsh Premier never mind the championship,
