A. Vincent as an honourable businessman is distraught to the amount of " dirty money laundering " that goes on within the football system to which often can't truely be accounted for masked by Managers connections and Agents.
Both Malky Mackay and OGS dealings have left him dumbfounded.
This is why investigations and actions continue against both previous Managers. This is also the reason Vincent Tan has selected a Director of Football to work with a head coach to avoid this in the near future.
B. Interest,Vincent Tan has probably been noted not to attend this season. This is due to his loss of interest in the game and operation and lack of success in Malaysia of the Country not getting behind Cardiff City, where a complete lack of interest in the Welsh Club has brought no commercial success.
C. Vincent Tan can't understand the apathy of his leadership and investment by the fans of the football club even though he in his opinion saved the Club from liquidation and feels no gratitude. He feels the fans have apart from no gratitude no long term vision to what he set out to achieve.
It's correct the Club will be offloaded to the first buyers who can pass the fit and proper examination by the football league and will be relieved to do so after having constant requests to do so by his loyal family members who feel Vincent deserves far greater respect to which he receives.
The outgoing interview was arranged by Tans advisors with Sky with Vincent Tan paying the travel costs in full. It's to assist the marketing and hopeful sale of the football club and is seen by the Club owner as a fine advertisement of the club and it's potential.

How can he STILL not get it?
You can't come in, rip up a clubs tradition and history and expect the fans to feel gratitude to you.
I am totally amazed that someone as successful as Tan can be that naive.

Better the devil you know than the one you don't!
If he does sell we may get back the blue, but not have the money, team and the extras he surely has given us!
If the minority or majority want that then there can be no bleating in the future about the new owners?
Or can there!
