Wez, I cant see him putting more money in, he put approx £20 million in for Ole, he will not be splashing the cash so much this time and I dont blame him.

But surely he had recouped most of that with the sales of Caulker, Medel and Mutch?
It wasn't therefore an additional £20 million for Ole was it?

I wouldn't blame him either, Annis. After all he's spent unprecedented millions on us and rightly or wrongly I am sure in his mind, he thinks we have been ungrateful. And we can forget Sullivan, Matthews etc. Any fans who think a Welsh business man will come to our aid when Tan pulls out are seriously deluded. They never have in the past 50 years.

You talk like he doesn't want it back!

he says he may well sell & I for one cannot wait for that day.

Jim White gets all these big interviews and is the face of transfer deadline day because he can hype up the smallest bit of news and make it sound like something massive.
Don't get me wrong there were a few interesting points in the interview but nothing ground breaking like the way he goes on. I'm interested to hear what has been said in the second half of the interview, probably the usual shite like Jim reiterated earlier " he loves red and everyone in Malaysia loves red" bla bla bla but guess what Jimmy boy we're in Cardiff and Cardiff City is blue.

Precisely who is going to buy us Mr. Chuckle. In order to sell something you need a buyer. I reckon even you can grasp that.

As I said, you talk as if he won't want his money back? Why?

he has loaned the club this money, just like the crooks before him.

Plenty of dubious characters before him ? At least there is something we can finally agree on.

I'll ask again, why do you talk like Tan doesn't want the money back?

Alex, you're spot on here!
NONE of our owners/Chairmen since the days of Stefan Terlezski and (possibly) Bob Grogan have had
TOTAL "best interests" of Cardiff city FC at heart!
It's always been about them (even the hugely popular for a while Rick Wright) and their own power games and/or egos!
That won't change with the next owner (assuming there will be one) and the only difference will be the amount of 'leeway' the fans give him/her to begin with...almost entirely centred on the red/blue issue!

Look out Major League Soccer. Look out United States.
The Premier League’s most mercurial Malaysian, while declaring his support for potential Cardiff manager Russell Slade, announced he intends to invest in Major League Soccer.
Quite the timing for such an announcement, given the recent news that Chivas USA will take a two-year hiatus from MLS play while they complete a rebrand under currently unknown new ownership.
“I’m looking to buy another club in Europe and then I may invest in a club in the US, the MLS,” Tan told reporters while also saying he hopes Cardiff and current Leyton Orient manager Slade can come to an agreement.
Tan would definitely bring a new personality to “the MLS” and despite many people questioning his ability to effectively lead a functional soccer organization, Tan believes his love for the sport gives him an edge.
“If I sell Cardiff I would buy another club in the UK,” said Tan. “I love football now. I’ve got a club in Sarajevo. The fans are fantastic, the people who run the club [Cardiff City] are incredible, honest people. They really motivate me.”
Tan’s talk of selling Cardiff would be only if they returned to the Premier League, said the BBC report.
It’s unclear what Tan’s motivations or plans are for coming to the United States are, but at this point it just appears to be speculation on his part.
Tan was questioned by the media and fans for his handling of the club during its short stint in the Premier League, clashing with former manager Malky Mackay over club spending and coming under fire for his sacking of successful director of recruitment Iain Moody and replacing him with a family friend who had never worked in soccer before.
Even his potential hiring of Slade has been filled with controversy. Cardiff made an inquiry to Leyton Orient about replacing Ole Gunnar Solksjaer with Slade, but the League One club said no. Slade then felt wronged, so he submitted his resignation. The 53-year-old is still under contract with Orient, but according to Tan the two sides are now working to settle the situation and send him to Cardiff.

Question isn't for me to answer. I'm not responsible for finding an owner. Why would you think I wasn't?

Are you going to pester colourblind to answer my question now? Or doesn't that fit your agenda, "blue"?

Sorry not to have responded sooner, Barry , but I can't be glued to the laptop as much as you apparently as there are other things in life. In answer to your question I never suggested that Tan wouldn't want his money back or at least as much as he could salvage. Not necessarily by selling to some mythical figure who will turn us back to blue and spend money on players though. More likely by getting as much for the existing crop of players as he can before writing the rest off ( he can afford it) and leaving us to stew in our own juice. And serves us right.

Well, you had already replied once, so it was nothing to do with that.
You were talking as if he had GIVEN the club the money back, when we all know that is not the case.
But he has already said (yesterday in an interview) that he wouldn't leave this club in the shit.... so what is the problem?
Don't you trust the man who you want to remain in charge of this club?
