"If we are together nothing is impossible . If we are divided all will fail ."

Rotherham @ the CCS , Saturday 6 December ! Boycott or walk out on 19:27 !?

Boycott suggests empty seats and a financial hit , STHs excepted, for the Despot !

Walk out suggests no financial implications for Tan but a more visible impact in front of the cameras !

No action , at any stage of the season , sends what message to Vincent Tan ?!?

havent gone there since the re-brand, been called all sorts for it, would love it if the fans all did something to show up tan

I personally think it's a disgraceful idea, but I am not one to question or judge other people's actions. But why wait until the 6th December? Or is there something specific about this date?

Nothing date specific , time to get things organised !

I feel those of us who are unhappy with affairs at the club need to act if we hope to influence change !

Those who are happy with affairs , or willing to accept them , will I'm sure seek to retain the status quo by taking no action !

What's your viewpoint other than the concept being disgraceful ?!

Admire the principled stance you & many others are taking by staying away but feel the more of us who take part in visible action / protest , the greater chance we have of influencing the Despot !

Well I suppose disgraceful is the wrong choice of word. But my viewpoint on it is that I supported Cardiff city for the team and I will always support that team. Like everybody else the colour change hurt me. But in my eyes the team is still there and that's why I support Cardiff City. I don't believe we have lost our identity or history as such, but accept that's how others feel with regards to it.

Think you've hit the mark with regard to the differing opinions influencing what action, if any , to take !

Bottom line is we all support the City and are all entitled to show that support in differing ways .

Thought long and hard about the impact any action ,past or future ,would have on the players and hence the team!

My hand was forced with the scarf giveaway , I could've walked into Anfield , Old Trafford or Oakwell with Barnsley that night ! For me that wasn't the Bluebirds on the park and it seems to have gone from one crisis to another under Vincent Tan !

That said there are no guarantees in life and there still seems to be a lot of apathy towards what's happening , but as you say , we're all entitled to the freedom to act in whatever way we see fit !Provided our goals are geared to the success of CCFC , short and longer term !

Whatever he may say he's chosen this game as before it you have Nottm Forest, Ipswich, Leeds and Reading. Not games that people will walk out of, and then they wont want to walk out of games over the Christmas period. After that you have a run of attractive home fixtures that people are unlikely to walk out of so the Rotherham home game is the only one thats stands a cat in hells chance of any type of successful boycott/walkout. If I know this, guess who else will! :laughing6:

Appreciate your ringing endorsement .... not convinced of the merit of Ipswich & Reading though ?! You more likely to come onboard if it's changed ,gee up !

I doubt anyone would 'come on board'. Boycotts and walkouts have a well known history of failure but I admire your principles. :thumbright:
