I was one of them who was all for it, but Ive been watching, I would rather an out field player.
Ive been watching Arron Gunnarson lately, I would be happy to have him as our Captain?
Arron Gunnarsson is already the Iceland captain and has played well recently. I reckon he could motivate the team.
Any suggestions

Can anyone name a goalkeeper that has been a great captain, i can't think of one but i expect someone will remind me. We need to make an outfield player captain. Players who spring to mind are Aron Gunnarsson, a warrior and leader who is the best captain Iceland have had in their history and another shout would be Bruno Manga who i know has only just joined the club but was immense organising the defence yesterday . You need strong characters to be made captains but then again the ones playing for us who are not captains should still be leaders. If we put a team on the pitch with lots of leaders then we would win this league, we have to make sure we blend talented players with the hungry ones, easy isn't it?

I think you might be spot on there Annis, not too many other candidates.
Give it to Manga, I know it sounds a bit mad, but if he is the direct replacement for Hudds, trust him with captaincy too

And as you said Annis, he captains his country.

He's been partying with ole too much, doesn't know what he's doing anymore![]()
Whittingham would be a good captain, I know hes relitively quiet but has been with us the longest, has good experience at this level, any vocal direction he does give is obviously going to be constructive

Are you an actual sloper road legend?
Gunnarsson for captain.
