Things can only get better! We have a very good squad as it stands, but with the new addition of Ravel Morrison, who I believe will add proper steel and quality will help us improve and we will climb this league.
Russell Slade, who many of us hadn't heard of before, will in my opinion, galvanise this squad and get the best out of it. It might take a few games, but he seems to be a no nonsense type of manager, who will make the changes, if individuals do not perform like they should be, (Peter Whittingham springs to mind) Too many are being negative before a ball has been even kicked and are stating league 1 here we come, etc.
That won't happen! Malky took over and had not achieved anything other than managing Watford. Give Slade the slack and the respect - lets all unite behind him which I'm sure we will and most impotently - think positive!!!

People are going to have to show patience though.
To be I feel this appointment is sort of back to your roots stuff. Our squad cannot get out of bed at the moment. Once fitness levels return then we might start seeing the quality.
