Just like watching Brazil? Watch as Russell Slade's Leyton Orient score an astonishing team goal

Watch as Dean Cox puts the finishing touches on a wonderful team goal by Russell Slade's promotion-chasing League One outfit
Dean Cox Orient Golllllllllllll
Leyton Orient hammered Gillingham 5-1 in their League One fixture on Saturday as they cemented their play-off spot.

And Russell Slade's men, who have spent much of the season battling for promotion, showed that they aren't to be messed with as the season reaches its conclusion, with a marvellous team goal at Brisbane Road.

Leading 1-0 after a fifth minute strike from David Mooney, the O's put together a goal just four minutes later that wouldn't have looked out of place at Anfield, the Allianz Arena or Camp Nou.

Featuring NINE of their 10 outfield players, Slade's side patiently kept possession, working the ball across the pitch and carving playing their way through the Gills, before diminutive schemer Dean Cox fired home from 22 yards.

Orient would go on to win 5-1 and are now guaranteed their place in the play-offs, but they're seven points behind second place Brentford and can't catch champions-elect Wolves.

However, they've more than got our vote for the Football League's goal of the weekend season!

You have to say if he can get a League 1 side playing like that what could he potentially do with a side like ours?

You never know perhaps he is a superb Manager that has been under the radar for a very long time? This could even mark the beginning of a new era for Cardiff City? I have slated Slade but I hope he proves me wrong!

There is most definitely hope!!!! :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

I watched Orient a couple of times last season as they are my local club and believe me, they were nothing more than ordinary

Ordinary is a huge improvement on the utter shite we've been playing this season.

The football we played and the way we looked was ordinary playing under malky makay when we got promoted to the premiership, but we got promoted nevertheless.
Orient might have looked ordinary but they nearly won the play offs and massively over achieved.
