Are Bluebirds Unite and Sian Branson still active?

I haven't heard anything about their activities for some time. Can anyone update me,do they still exist as they were active in the Premier league,nothing since?

They probably liked the personal publicity they were getting when we were in the Premier league. Hardly heard from them since. Not that I'm complaining, mind you.
