VT and his lawyers are far too clever for that, that's why it went down the duty bound route of releasing it to the FA, Malky and his legal team are pissing in the wind

I think we should all keep some things in mind;

Malky was one of the best "football" managers we had - he took us up with a good squad, and Olè having an arguably better squad has proved just how much Malky was better than him,

If we are honest, we've all said some pretty bad stuff that we assumed would be confidential - I've slagged off co-workers and bosses plenty of times,

We've all told racist jokes and checked out a hot woman and followed it with a crude statement,

We're all human at the end of the day, unfortunately Malky was in a position of representing a football club, so should've been more careful, or not said those things at all, we've seen no proof of any illegal transfer activity, so words like Scum are just wrong.

I'm not condoning his behaviour, and its a real shame that a man I respected for both his media profile and talent as a manager, did something as bad as he did.

He (Malky) was caught out and needs to man up and take it on the chin. The more he bleats on the more the media will use it for their own ends and the longer Malky will be out of football management!

Personally, I think he was very naive, but Moody (and maybe others by the sound of it) was many more times culpable!

It was a costly mistake but not as bad as a lot of people now make out, I bet those making the loudest noise are not so clean themselves.

The timing and nature of the release of this info just showed how vindictive Tan is, all and said what was it, 2 email messages within thousands, yeah, lets lynch him.

We've had former young players come out and outright say Malky was racist, so yes it was his "joke" texts that got leaked out, but all they did was expose the man he actually would appear to really be.

At the time I gave the information Coops was in line but football changes all the time and I gave the info as it happened some haven't got the intelligence to realise that.

Absolutely, Malky got caught out, it was wrong, and he's paying the price enough with having, what should have been an excellent career in football management, tarnished and possibly ruined for the foreseeable future.

He still did a lot more good than harm here, and I'm grateful for it, just a huge shame he was so stupid, and we all paid the price for it
