I think he will come in and either smash the job and get us top 6 or he will do awful feel the pressure straight away and fail miserably.
We know he wasn't the fans choice of manager but we must support him when he starts it's not his fault he's a wanted man by tan and landed the job so lets not be to harsh on him from the off.

We must back him but many will see him as Tan's puppet unfortunately and I think he's going to find himself under intense pressure very early on unless he delivers almost straight away.

It's a results business and he will need to hit the floor running straight away!,, He won't av time as we the fans will be demanding results. If he cannot deliver then it shows he was the wrong appointment... Huge pressure on the man....
