The club has said that it wants to keep Young and the other coaching staff for continuity. If that means the continuity of playing players out of position then I think a whole new coaching staff is required. Last night yet again players were used out of position with Maynard and Le Fondre both used as wingers instead of strikers. It was never going to work and then Kimbo and Guerra get the blame for a malfunctioning midfield. I could understand playing them there if we didn't have any wingers, but Harris is deserving of a start with his current form and Noone needs the game time to get back to full fitness.
