Mine would be this..

Pilkington Whitts Ravel Noone
Jones Guerra

Moore
Connolly
Gunnarsson
Dæhli
Maynard
Macheda
Le Fondre

Put John on for Fabio, if Fabio isn't fit.

Guerra wont play if Young/Gabbs is still in charge Young publically slammed Guerra , which was very harsh I thought considering it was his 1st start he was getting no service , he did no worse than the rest of the team imo

How anyone can drop Connolly must be watching a different game to me he's been our best defender barring the left back stint aka OLE , but as the old saying goes everyone is entitled to their opinion :bluescarf:

That's true. Maybe Maynard or Le Fondre in his place.

Honestly, I think Brayford has faded a bit after having a good start of the season. Connolly on the right is absolutely an option to consider, imo. Not sure either, if Noone is fit enough for a start. Maybe let him have the last 30 minutes.

Marshall

Connolly - Manga - Cala - Fabio

Pilkington - Whittingham - Gunnarsson - Daehli

Jones - Macheda

Subs: Moore, Brayford, Ralls, Eikrem, Noone, Le Fondre, Guerra

Hopefully, we will have a new manager by then - hopefully not Russell Slade, i think i'd prefer Russell Brand - and Scott Young is nowhere near our backroom staff and he goes back to coaching the kids at academy level, as i think that is his standard at the moment or it could turn out to be his highest level that he ever achieves in football coaching, unless he totally re-evaluates his man management skills altogether.

Marshall

Brayford (Kev would've been a good option, we could do with his character and heart right now.)
Connolly
Manga
Fabio

Whitts (I prefer him further forward, just look what happened on Saturday but Adeyemi & Dikgacoi look way off the pace)
Gunnars

Pilkington
Daehli
Noone

Jones

Our three attacking players behind Jones should cause any teams in this league problems, we need them to get them on the ball and be positive, both goals on Saturday came from Pilkington being direct and positive. Confidence is extremely low at the moment both on the pitch and in the stands, we need to get on the front foot and try to control the tempo of the game, if we allow Wednesday to turn up and start to put us on the back foot, the players will get nervy and in return the fans no doubt get restless.

He is a very good young player, who has yet to find his best form due to poor management skills by the former manager, because he is in and out of the side all the time. That can be said about 75-80% of our squad due to all the chopping and changing. It took Jordan Mutch a while to settle when he first came here, it was not until the last 2 months of the Championship winning season that he started showing how good he could be and then in the Premiership he showed us all how good he was and he was probably one of only a couple of high points that we had during that season. I think Adeyemi will come good when he has a good few matches under his belt and i mean him playing 8-10 consecutive games. What happened to giving players a chance to settle at a club??? Also, with all the other crap that is going at our club it must be really hard for new players who only joined us within the past 2 months. I hear people calling Morrison the defender crap and whst a waste of money. Jesus, give people a bloody chance will you? Not you specifically, i mean you as in all of the people moaning about him. There are even some who are saying that Dickagcoi is crap and we should not have signed him. Christ the guy isnt even match fit yet - mind you him still not being match fit is not good, mind you he has had a few injuries too. All we need now is for us to go out and get a good experienced manager like:- Pulis, Lennon, Di Matteo, Clarke or McDermott, let them get their philosophies and whatever else they need to do over to the players and make sure they are committed, pick a team and stick with it until we need to make changes for any reasons, so the players can finally get the chance to gel together. We also need a new fitness coach. Also, Javi Guerra MUST be in our team every game, whether we play with 1 or 2 up front, cause when we get this guy happy, consistent and fit then he WILL score us the goals that could get us back up, we just need more goals from all over the team as well.
