I cannot believe people saying its not Tan's fault the players are not fit
Its not TAN'S FAULT THEY DONT PUT A SHIFT IN
Jesus...the buck stops with him...he's the idiot appointing these peope..Dalman he appointed him...he was the one who craved OLE Gunnar as manager...he 's listeneing to Roeder..what has he ever achieved...and wants his best mate who is one game away from the sack in a lower division.
For God's sake pick a manager with credentials in THIS DIVISION...if THEY ARE NOT FIT OR NOT GIVING THEIR ALL ..Its down to the coaches and trainers (and managers THAT BRING THEM IN )that Tan appoints..THE BUCK STOPS WITH HIM
As long as TAN is here the team will struggle and the fans will argue with each other.... face the gloom people... he's ruined our club faster than I thought possible

I agree that Dalman is totally responsible for the appointment of OGS,,,the buck stops firmly with him, without doubt.
As for Glen Roeder, I don't know, but he's the last person I would personally seek footballing advice from!

I agree with both of the above and that the buck stops at Tan it's the same in every business he is the Major shareholder, however he does not arrange the day to day running of the club Dalman does this, he was responsible for signing ole and also involved with transfers and I think this is the point most are missing. Tan hasn't been seen in the stadium for weeks, how can anyone possibly be involved when they are living in a different time zone?
For me Dalman OUT

If Dalman is responsible for the hiring or OGS, surely Tan is responsible for the hiring of Dalman...

There is also a little thing called self pride, something our players seem to be lacking. A highly paid professional athlete should be more than capable of keeping himself in top physical condition, and giving 100% on the pitch. I've worked for some right clowns in my life, but didn't let that get in the way of doing my job to the best of my ability. Perhaps our players think they are not being paid enough, looks like some of them withdrew their labour last night.

For recruiting Dalman to run the show yes.

So you are also calling for Tan to leave too, I trust?!
If you are demanding Dalman leave for recruiting OGS, then it would be double standards to not want Tan to leave for recruiting Dalman.

Not at all, Tan is putting the money in! Dalman is running the show and making a mess of it, we need a new chief executive.

Its all down to Tan in the end.

OGS was running the football side and made a mess of it & you want the person who hired him gone!
MD is running the show and making a mess of it and you don't want the person who hired him gone?
Why the double standards?

Chief executives (Dalman) are replaceable, Directors like Tan with plenty of £££ to pump in are not so easy to replace!
