The sooner we get a decent manager the better.
Lots of fans on here were asking for Young and Gabbs to be given time, and theyd bring back passion etc. but they had no real management experience between them, and they did not bring back the passion.
On the other hand some of the same people are Now slagging off Tan (!) for not appointing a manager yet.
Lets be honest there are maybe 8 to 10 managers available with half decent records. Lets be sensible and offer an interview to those who meet identified criteria and the person spec. Rather than using Glen Roeder to id the next manager. Where did he come from? I doubt if Tan even knows him so who is trusting GR ? And why?
I will support whoever is appointed, but GR plus Russell Slade would be very very odd when other candidates look superior.
