And he needs to be reminded of this whenever he can be bothered to turn up to any match. People sucking up to him has to stop.

Why are you obsessed with blaming Tan for anything and everything that goes wrong. What about the players? What about the stand in managers? Previous manager?
In the Championship you need to work hard and battle and build from there.Whatever is happening..... well paid (overpaid) players, not fit enough , not pressing, not doing the basics - is unacceptable.
Too many of our squad are not fighters and lack guts for battle.
