We have quality in this squad we just need the right man in as manager to deliver all of the above and transform this sinking ship. Ole have started the rot we just need someone to stop it and turn it around.

I think russel slade or tony pulis could do this so let's be positive.

Your spot on, all we are missing is to final piece of the jigsaw, a manager to whip our talented squad into shape, all it not lost guys! A good manager can turn this around and get the fans back on side.

I know good point about pre season.. To be fair OGS has fucked things right up, good signing but f**k me the man hasent got a clue how to get an organised hard working team that works hard for eachother..
Malky would storm the championship with this squad of players because everything which was good about malky as a manager is exactly what we are missing right now.

Or let them play in the same shirts as their fans are wearing. That would help for a start. Must be confusing for them.

Malky Mackay. That's what we're missing is someone who can get a team battling and winning games. At the moment we might have some talented players but nobody who will put their body on the line for the team. The likes of Hudson, Cowie, McNaughton etc. maybe Turner coming back will help, Gunnarsson needs to stay in the team though

No organisation or authority. I don't know what's the craic with Pulis but f**k me he doesn't half tick those two boxes.

The other targets suggested don't fill me with much confidence.

None of them were good enough for PL last season, remember.. I don´t think you´re on the right track here.
