Too many changes done too quickly

I think OGS as done serious damage to our team. We have a squad of players with no unity.
Malky had his faults but he had squad of players who all pulled together in one direction.
Getting rid of Hudson after making him Captain was strange and the final nail in his coffin IMO.
It will take a special manager to correct this mess.

Tend to agree. It seems that there is absolutely no team spirit in our ranks. Crying out for Pulis or Lennon IMO

Difficult not to get downhearted with the way things are going atm.
We have plenty of talented players but there seems to be a lack of fight and passion from them. Leaders on the field don't seem to be there either.
Probably correct about too many changes but the lay down and die syndrome seems to be getting stronger each game.

Your right about leaders.. OGS got rid of our last guy.
You can't captain /lead a team properly from the goal line.
What must this Manga guy be thinking.. Brought into the team by OGS and sees him gone the next day.
