Tim, I totally agree with that, DJ told quite a Few of the players after The Blackpool game they will Never play again for him, But I dont Think he meant that to Chops, but I dont See us affording Both either.

Depends on how he wants to line up. Maybe 442 is out the window!!!

McCormack could be one for the door?

If we get £3m for Chops - you think that will finance the Bellamy deal - have a think about that! ;)

Chopra certainly had a rocket up his arse against Blackpool, do you think he had wind of the Bellamy possibility?

I would have thought it was more to do with it being a massive game, and the biggest game he's played in for Cardiff!

Some players didn't seem to turn up on the day, why I don't know but Chops always seems to impress in the bigger games.

Don't forget, Bellamy played mostly LW for Man City last season.
Perhaps that's Jones' plan.

If we really are going to go for top 2 next year then we must keep our best players such as Chopra and Bothroyd and if we can add quality ala Bellamy and one other top striker then thats a good start. However as was borne our all season midfield and the defence will still need some attention. The signing of Bellamy may well open the flood gates to top players wanting to come here though. Fingers crossed eh. :ayatollah:

hang on mo Chopra and Bellers competing for one place. I would of thought Whitts, Burke, Ross, and Bellers would be competing for there places. Bellers is not an out and out goal getter. His best position is out on the wing as it was with Man City. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
Oh if we are serious of promotion then Chops and Jay has to stay . Perhaps if we do get Bellers then Ledley will also stay.

I agree, although it may open the door for Whitts to go but I would hope that such a signing would make any of the players think twice about leaving

Just imagine, Jay and Chops upfront, Bellamy and Burke out wide and Ledley and McPhail in the centre with Ross and Whitts as options  One thing's for sure, we won't struggle to score goals and fans will be queuing up to watch  :ayatollah:

This is like dreamworld for some of us who have been going down for almost 40 years, surely something is going to go wrong :?

If Bellamy comes he will NOT be a replacement for Chopra. He will more or less play in midfield on the left wing and not an out and out striker like Chopra is.

I personally can see Whitts playing central midfield with Bellamy on the wing....thats if Bellers comes.

There`s a saying if it`s to good to be true then it probably wont happen. But it sure would be a hell of a signing if it was.Looks like the summer will be more exciting than usual.

Bellamy is the real deal.
Proved himself at the top level.
Met him once outside Ninian Park, asked for a photo with my daughter.
No problem, press asked to talk to him and very rude to him.
He told them to f**k off. TOP MAN in my book.
He hates the press. The press hate him.
They write any crap they can on him.
SIGN FOR CARDIFF CITY YOU WILL NOT GET ANYMORE PRESS SHIT
I am sure we can arrange this amongst ourselves
