The problem is that he may well do well but he has no experience at this level. The club state that they need instant promotion or face financial difficulties. Are you confident that he is going to get us promoted this season? It is too much of a gamble. Ole was a gamble and it did not pay off. You think that something would have been learnt from that but clearly not! You cannot beat experience.

ANYBODY is going to be a gamble. At least RS has had years of managerial experience and is lauded by LO fans
