Don´t understand why you´re having a go at Dalman, really. Seems to me like he´s doing his job. Appointing a new manager is always a gamble as there is aways a factor X. Look at Magnat. Winning the Bundesliga 3 times, then finding himself in bottom of the Championship the next moment.
