Actually saw city turn on the style and have you on the edge of your seats???
For me it's actually years since that happened.Man city game was brilliant, but it was just a 20min purple patch. The year we were champions we just ground out results in a very average championship. You have to go back to the dave jones era for me when we played some awesome football, leeds 4-0 away was just one of many hammerings we dished out. This next manager is crucial, the club must get it right-let's get back to playing with a swagger we've got the talent.

Leeds away 0-4, shoes off!
Doncaster at home , Bellamys first game. He scored that free kick. Wonderful.

6-1 against Derby - Bothroyd was incredible that night!

I'm picking out our 3-1 win over wolves when noone and Maynard made their debuts. We were attack attack attack that day.

Most recently Blackburn away and Wolves home in our promotion season, also Burnley home that year when we won 4-0, don't think they had any clear chances that game.

With you on Burnley.
Pompey at home when we won 3-0 was another one. The counter for Whitts goal was something else.

I second that
I can't remember the last time a player run the show on his debut like Noone did that day

best post I've read in a long time, hit the nail on the head.
Though Malky was a good Manager, knew how to win but the football wasn't electric.
Season Bellamy first signed we played some amazing football under DJ, played with two good wingers, solid CM, CB partnerships and chops playing off Jay was something else!

Yeah agree! Just really didn't have the strength in depth to go all the way

Jones was a miserable tw*t who admitted he wasn't a Cardiff fan and was just doing his job. However even though they paid a lot in wages they never really gave him a big transfer kitty. In his first season he brought in about 10 players including a masterstroke in Jason koumas who was electric. Can only imagine what this guy could have done with the funds our last 2 managers have had.Bothroyd and chopra well that partnership was something else,"GREAT GREAT DAYS"and wonderful carefree football.

4-1 Blackburn at home when we got promoted. Also when we beat Man City 3-2, that was pretty noice!

4-1 against Luton, I live away, but that day stands out and I was only telling a mate the other day how that day stood out to me as that was when I couldn't believe the free flowing attacking football we played after years of watching gash, ha how we've progessed

Leeds away 4-0 we were great, Bothroyd Chopra etc.
I remember we played QPR home that 2-2 draw we looked like a quality side if it wasn't for tarabat we would of beat them and they we shit hot that season.
For us to perform the big games was unheard of usually we'd bottle it that was the turning point when I thought we really do have a quality side
