Slade coaching/coaching staff?

Do you think this will be good enough for our players at this level?
Do we have most of our own coaches anyway?
Worries me a bit that because he's never coached at a high level then it will affect performances on the pitch?
What do you think?

Also he has not played or been around at a high level at all therefore not been involved in top level coaching/training?
Do you think this is a major issue?
