Club in crisis in my opinion

No structure at the club at all. No philosophy on how we want to play as a team. Oles appointment was a mistake from day one he was never going to keep us in the prem as malky and oles style was totally different so we were always going down. The club employed ole to keep us up how wrong was dalaman.

Now we need an experienced manager to add some organisation and consistency to the team.also we need a structure from top to bottom in my eyes. Dimateo would be my choice or pulis or clark would all be perfect.

All these managers would want to runs things there way problem is tan wouldn't have it so in my eyes none of these will be our manager.

We move on then to slade now most fans are looking to the club for a management team to come in with the names mentioned above for obvious reasons. So for me if we do get slade its a disaster a failure be the club most fans will be against slade before he starts its a strange one but proves tan wants a yes man.

We then move on to the divide with fans over the identity of the club.

For me if slade gets the job add all the other problems together equals crisis.

If tan doesn't listen to fans this time on the appointment of a new manager for obvious reasons then the already broken relationship between fans will totally breakdown.

Its so important we get the right man in or we could do a wolves and free fall.

I hope slade does it for us but I honestly think tan is nuts this is are club and I just hate tan being in control of it the only reason those decent managers have been over looked is because they wouldn't say yes to tan.

Worrying times as a ccfc fan bout time tan moved on now what you think be interesting to here a response to what I've said.

Time to build a structure. I think Vinny is putting in a structure in place "to leave us in good hands"

We haven't had a philosophy or structure since malky got sacked .I cant see one now and if slade gets the job over more experienced managers out there its just lunacy in my opinion

Just my opinion but we need stabilising fast like now on and off the pitch I can't see that in slade when so many good managers are available.

pulis ect ect are only short term fixes you say we need stabalising? that means many years not 2 or 3 seasons which is more than likely with pulis ect, maybe just maybe tan is at last looking for the future in slade! judging by what is being reported about him he may well be start of this plan. time will tell

Would be happy to stabilise in the championship for 5 years or so and then have another crack at the big league, and play the cream of the EPL again, I recon we are about right where we are for size if club and fan base

I have no problem with what you say I like championship football BUT here and no ill say it again we are in a precarious position at the moment with no philosophy on how ccfc play no constancy and no structure .also we still have the huge feelings regarding are identity.

To even stay in the championship we must address all of the above dont forget the over 100 mill in debt we owe vt. My opinion is the next manager is so important in moving the club forward and dont forget we need promotion this season otherwise financially we will be in deep shit.

I like you don't mind being in the championship but as a club we need to be in the premier league soagain the next manager is critical to ccfc .

just feel people are going ott about pulis and just maybe its a good thing we dont get him or someone of similar profile! lets do what we should have done from beginning and start at bottom work way up! cant do that with established managers like pulis or lennon!
