Apparently they're called 'hipsters'. Read an article in the paper about them, a few weeks ago. Some sort of middle class fashion.

Sub-consciously.....the middle class hipster beard is a group that lacks new ideas.

Dated. So very Hoxton but 3 years ago. The only people legally allowed to wear full beards are God, ZZ Top, Father Christmas and Muslim women.
