' Derby's mob looking for it '

Sun Sep 21, 2014 7:59 am

Did any one else have the pleasure of seeing them? they had 30 plus older lads looking for it, there were 20 or so of including 7 children and 2 woman.
Could of been totally different if it had been full of Cardiff's lads.

Saddam, I heard from Mikey Gale, well out of order by them, offering out and goading families.

It was an Mike told 1 of them exactly that as he was being escorted out to be relieved of 3 bags of Columbians finest and a free lift to the nearest cells.

Easy targets now, Reputation is all but gone these days, we are all older and have familys and other responsibilities.

Younger bluebirds don't seem to intrested, which is a good thing I guess, with CCTV almost inpossible to get away with it, and not worth the ban, got a 3 year ban at luton away in 1999, when old bill put us all in the pub then nicked a load of us when waiting to get in!! it's just not worth missing 3 years of football.

Do miss going away and not being treated like VIPs by police still gives me a buzz sadly, but don't miss runing battles, and get nicked. :bluescarf:

I expect they will be the same 30+ older lads who will go "looking for 1 thing" around Canton/Grangetown in the return fixture! Doubt it somehow :bluescarf:

Lots of the fairly big cities/clubs in England who haven't had major crackdowns like we have still have this sort of group that show up when we come to town despite no trouble at away games for years. Millwall seem to attract them out when they show up too....

They weren't so keen when 80 of us turned up early at their place about nine years ago, rather then face us they phoned the law to tell them where we were.

Everybody seems keen to have a go at us know .know that we have mellowed we had a good bus of lads there today none of us looking for trouble just having a good day out if it had come our way we could have well handle it mind half our lads couldn't do anything because they are well tanked up :laughing6: and they don't like being disturbed when they are drinking :laughing6: anyway it's not worth it anymore CCTV everywhere is it worth getting banned not really .but to try and threaten family's is well out of order our fans were brilliant again yesterday fantastic support as always :bluescarf:

No you haven't as you quite clearly stated that it's not worth it anymore because of CCTV. That's obviously implying that you'd still be up for it if there was less chance of you getting arrested/banned like in the good ole days! Not knocking you for it, but don't pretend your something your not..............or want to be! :laughing6:

to be honest mate, if the chances of getting caught where slim to none, i think a lot more older lads, and more of us youngers would be into it, but i've seen people getting arrested and careers over from it, so no thank you from me....

It isn't worth it anymore but you can get done these days just for defending you're self that's why I can't understand why certain fans still won't to get involved they must be mad I'd be gutted if I was ever banned from football it's been apart of my life since I was a kid
