I am more than happy
Seems a great coach and a great motivator and man manager something we are crying out for at the minute
A real wheeler dealer in the market as well and looks like he's just never had the opportunity at this level
Orient fans speak very highly of him
We need someone to galvanise this squad and get this best out of them seems he likes a static 11 where possible and that is something we need to build confidence In our best 11 and string together a run of results to push us back in contention
Will 100% get my support if he's the new man!!
