I still think the following could happen:

Scott Young - Manager
Danny Gabbidon - Assistant Manager
Dave Jones - Director of Football

Would love for it to happen. Given a bit of time I think it COULD work, players seemed much more motivated today

After watching that interview, I feel those two working together with our current squad could work well. Only if the dressing room is happy with it of course. We all know how passionate they both are towards the club so it's in their best interests.
