When will people realise that the bookies favourite really has little baring on who the manager will be. It's a con to get you to put money on it, they pick a random name and then slash his odds, the other bookies then react to the price changing and slash it as well as they think someone may know something. Then punters see the dramatic change and lump on.

The odds on a few managers haven't budged from under 8/1 for a while, those are the ones to look out for.
