Norwegian
Gonna translate some of it as this pretty much says the opposite about players being against Ole.
Ole will succeed:
Gabbidon says that the match against Norwich, where Cardiff went from a 2-0 lead to 2-4 loss during a miserable second half, was crucial for Solskjaer future.
- Nothing surprises me in football. Small differences have an impact. At half time against Norwich things looked not so bad. However, the results and performances have not lived up to expectations, and now I am and "Youngy" here. We will try to improve their performance, says Gabbidon, which also came with a message of support to Solskjaer.
- Ole will succeed as a manager. He has had success already. Managers cant go on to have success all the time. Not all clubs fit for all managers, says Gabbidon.
He has impressed me. He will come back stronger after learning from this experience, he continues.
He denies that the players wanted Solskjaer's retirement.
- Team spirit has been good, all the guys respected Ole and what he tried to do. It is an honest bunch, no one inside would have created a tense atmosphere. That was not the case at all, it was a football decision, says Gabbidon.
Gabbidon was also asked what Solskjaer's departure will mean for Cardiff's Norwegian contingent, which this season consists of Mats Møller Dæhli and Magnus Wolff Eikrem.
We need everybody. We have really good players and they are among them. Choosing a team against Derby is difficult, because we have many good players. But we want them to be involved, they want to play. Eikrem talked to me about how much he wants to play. They will play a big role, says Gabbidon.
- If we want to play with Mats, we have to play in a certain way. Cardiff's philosophy has always been to play nice football, says Gabbidon

I would say we often have played play nice Football,
but we've often been passive and to 'nice' in the final third.
What we need is ruthless Football, smart quick and Hard hitting

We've been 'nice' to other teams does that count?
