Lack of Ambition?

Managers are always linked to posts and nothing is concrete as yet at the club but if you gets the likes of Paul Hartley and now Russell Slade heavily linked to the Cardiff job does it show any ambition by the club?

Nothing against these managers who undoubtedly have experience, however you must question whether the club should be aiming higher to bring in a proven experienced manager at Championship/ Premiership level rather than gambling on a manager who is not proven at this level.

Time will tell I suppose but I hope that the club bring in the right manager this time or there will be another change in the near future!
