- I didn´t notice anything like that. The team moral has been very good. All the boys respected the manager and what he was trying to do. We bought into his philosophy and tried to play the way he wanted. None of the boys went against him on that. As I said earlier: This was a sport based decision. It´s a different thing playing in the Championship than the Premier league. At the moment we´re not quite handling it. Now we need to preform better. I don´t think anyone focus on anything else.

- Believe in Solskjaer

Gabbidon: - I am sure that Ole will succeed somewhere else. In football, every club doesn´t work for every manager. Look at Berndan Rodgers who didn´t always have an easy ride, but who is succeeding in Liverpool now. Solskaer is a good manager and I got impressed by a lot of what I have seen. He´ll be learning a lot by the bad things that happened here. I´m sure he will come back as a better manager.

Scott: - My philosophy is to play the right way. We need to make the right decisions that´ll make sure we´re winning. We need to play simpler football. As simple as possible. We have a strong squad that needs to enjoy playing football again. The confidence is lower than it should be at the moment.

Scott: - Solskjaer has been very positive the times I have spoken to him. He has made changes in the academy and been very positive.
