Wanted young hungry up and coming manager

who is presently out of work, with a good work ethic, and knows how to get a team promoted from the Championship and establish the team in the Premier league (till you here jingle bells being played on the radio), being Scottish is not essential but may be an advantage, any one out there that fits the bill ???
