New Appointment

Just wondering why our club cannot just appointment a proven, experienced manager. There are many out there who are available. There is a wealth of talent who could walk straight into the job.

Such appointments by other clubs at our level have been a great success:

Steve Mc Clarren at Derby
Stuart Pearce t Forest
Kenny Jackett at Wolves.

Instead our club seem to go down the line of looking within or at someone who is not proven at Championship or Premiership level. Why gamble after the appointment of Ole did not work out?
