depends what your after mate. there obvs the bigger companies, with arguably better kit, at a higher cost.
or smaller local companies that are just as good.

i was sponsored by puma for a few years, quality kit, best i have had.
gray nicolls quality new stuff.
there probs best 2 to loook at.

locally and probably cheeper theres, lords, aswarni and salix mate.

want any names numbers etc, drop me a reply or PM.

Gray Niccolls are the way forward! This 3lb bat I use is unreal!

Pads and gloves are great too. Got my kit from Lords. If you go through your club and they order a few things, you may get a discount with them.

I also use Cricket Specialist in Gloucester - http://www.cricketspecialist.co.uk/

No photos on there of my bat.

I would have thought the fact that you are buying the gear in the first place indicates that you will be playing for a club.

Haha nah we don't pay! All local lads and mental! Our "barmy army" are up there with Englands!

We do have 2 lads who hold the Welsh league record I think it is for most runs/partnership though V Monkswood a few years ago!
