Surely Vincent Tan Isnt That Stupid??

To apoint someone like dave jones? I'm struggling to understand why he wouldn't get pulis in who is obviously the guy with the strongest chance of getting us promoted, experienced, been promoted from the championship before and knows what it takes, and can then sustain premiership football. With so much riding on this season financially aswell for tan and the club promotion is key.
