'Solskjaer's Problem' was...

As nice and charismatic as he was there is no doubt. His integrity is unquestioned. Managing the day to day Football team ixs the easy part. What Ole had a problem with was the game management: how to make decisions during key moments in the 90 minutes! whether that is winning, drawin or losing.

. The attitude of a Continental style where it is just enough to turn up and play a game was to prove his downfall. Sitting behind 3 years of Parachute payments makes it easy to run down contracts. Big money is being spent that is for sure. And Ole's philosophy was not what Cardiff is all about. I Believe we have a strong squad

And with the right man manager with the tactical know-all to make key decisions during key times during games, Cardiff can rescue the Season.

So lets support rhe new man and get behind the Side. :bluescarf: :bluescarf:
