Totally agree. Public communications are consistently a weakness for Cardiff City.
Tan is an opportunist, it isn't beyond him to reinstate Ole.
He might do this to force Ole's hand on a resignation to save the pay-off costs.
What he doesn't realise is that in doing so he just puts potential good candidates off.

Perhaps it has been agreed that Ole will leave but they are still discussing the terms of his leaving, which could be why no announcement has been made.

Knowing that he is leaving however it would make sense for the club to be looking for a new manager?

Trouble is, a lot of you believe everything that's written in the press. Dundee FC released a statement stating that regarding the speculation around their manager, he was committed to them. They have not said anything about being approached by Cardiff, just speculation. I remember numerous names being associated with us when Malky was sacked, and if you think back the press were playing a guessing game then,and they are doing the same now. I take most things in the tabloids with a pinch of salt.

How about you read the Dundee statement? Explain to me where it says they have turned down an approach? It just says that there has been media speuclation and that their manager is committed to his job.

I seriously question the motivations of some people on here.

I agree, there seems to be a lot of hidden agendas on this forum, Either that, or people don't read things properly before they post. I can't find anywhere that states Dundee have been approached by Cardiff, and I wouldn't expect to while OGS is still at this moment in a job.

How on earth has Tan been disrespectful to OGS?

I can't stand the man, but criticise him for things he deserves criticisms for. He's given OGS everything required.

Fair play, read the statement, fair enough, I was reacting to reading the live feed on Wales Online which was before the statement was issued, which said Hartley has turned down Cardiff City.

Paper talk got me? Whatever, just want us to start doing the right things the right way for a change. And if its for legal reasons re Teamsheetgate Malky/Moody that Pulis won't be offered then we have to take that
