Pulis: Let me get this right

Thu Sep 18, 2014 8:24 am

The Premier League manager of the year, performer of the great escape with an average Crystal Palace side, and wants to manage the team he watched as a young man, with bags of experience, passion, contacts and know how, and Tan is going to overlook him for another Ole. The Scottish prem and the Norwegian league can't be that different. Nothing learned, Hartley will get my support and must be given a chance, but right now, it's feels like another further step backwards for this club. I am fuming, gobsmacked that what could have been the best managerial appointment in half a century for our pub is stubbornly being ignored. Tan doesn't want a popular choice, it has to be his choice. The wrong choice

What a brilliant massive opportunity missed

It could well be a massive missed opportunity, but VT may feel that Pulis is too close to people under Malky's regime and may feel that he played more than an active role in getting Moody to acquire our team for last season's game!

I'm not saying that Pulis played any part whatsoever, but VT may feel that he did!

This is the only reason I can come up with for not wanting to employ a premier league manager willing to drop down to manage an 18th placed championship team who are in a mess. Team sheetgate that's gotta be the reason?

The Norwegian league is worse than Scotland look at the Celtic manager he was hailed as the Norwegian big thing to and Celtic are 5th and didn't make it to champions league Im glad Hartley has turned us down but where do we go from here, pulis isn't gna want to be 2nd or third choice or maybe he turned us down too
