NEW MANAGER - Needs Experience

Many names have been linked with the City job since the speculation grew about Ole's imminent departure.
Paul Hartley has been mentioned and he is now the favourite. Nothing against him, but I personally would like to see the club select a manager with a PROVEN record at at least Championship level or Premiership level. You think that the club would learn their lesson and appoint experience rather than gamble on a manager who has not managed at this or a higher level. We cannot afford to get it wrong again.
There are a few good candidates out there with that experience who are out of work!
I hope we bring in the right manager and do not take a gamble!
