All this " Hes such a nice guy " bollocks

I wish people would stop saying ole is such a nice guy and so on.
f**k me i dread to think if them who say it had there own company it would be jobs for the boys ( nice guys ) and dont worry about actually doing the job your there to do because your a good guy.
Makes me cringe people saying it when in truth imo there trying to cover up the fact that hes been innept as a manager during his time with us by saying how nice he is. although i can not remember the last time fans said a manager wasnt nice to talk to. look at malky who turned out to be a racist but oh well he was a nice guy to talk to :laughing6:

He has gone and I think its the right decision. Ole is obviously a decent bloke and was a great player, but that does not always make you a good manager. It was a steep learning curve for him and as a club we have suffered for that learning experience. Many of the players seemed to like him, but liked coaches are not always the best, sometimes in football you have to upset a few people and kick a few players up the arse, that's why people like trevor brooking never went into management. I wish Ole all the best for the future and I hope he has learnt from his time in management in the English game, maybe he is better suited to be a number 2 or a coach.

How do you work out he is better suited as a coach?

f*cking idiot never managed to impose a system for the team or even have a clue who his best players were!

£4,000,000.00 per year??? Stunning!!

Coaching strikers and young player to be better players, he seemed to do a good job with the development team at Utd.

Think you have been reading a different forum to me. Read plenty of comments about Ole being a tidy bloke, but haven't read anyone saying that because he's a decent person he is a good manager. Most comments have been the opposite, tidy bloke but no good as a manager. Can't see any harm in people saying that someone is a nice person. I wasn't one of them as I don't know him.

Agree Denzil. He's more suited to coaching in my opinion.
