Hope it is Pullis and he sorts out the lazy b........s in the team. We need 11 passionate players with some fight and grit!

proper gent, one of the nice guys. Real shame. He has though brought in some good players who maybe just need a more aggressive manager. Has done some good business for the club and always been graceful under intense pressure from all sides (including fans and so-called fans).

Last year we needed someone with experience in "staying up".
This year we need to just "get up".
Based on this Pulis is the only candidate they should really consider, because he has success in both roles.
Mick McCarthy, Ian Hollaway, failed keeping teams up, even though they got more than one promotion.

You're right, it's the fans' fault he is tactially clueless.![]()
Since coming into the club he has dropped players after man of the match performances, changed our style of play to make us ridiculously easy to play against, failed to settle on a general first team or formation, taken us down from the Premier League from outside of the relegation zone, and now into the bottom half of the Championship. But apart from that, he's done well.

Did I blame the fans on a whole no? It's fans included, climate he came in was awful. Back then Malky was idolised etc so he was taking a poisioned chalice.
Spy-gate
The negative atmosphere around place due to Malky's texts
Taking over in Jan when it's hard to do business

All these can be used as an excuse, BUT it was his players and his tactics (or should I say lack of them) that have put the club in its current position. He has been backed financially and has been shown to be lacking the skills to do the job he is so well paid to do.

Wouldn't say it was his players in January. Was practically another man's squad, could only do as much as he could in January, was hard to persuade players to join a club in turmoil and on the brink of relegation.

Very much agree with those who are sad to see him go. Really wanted this to work out.

Ole has made bad decision after bad decision, he has brought in individuals without any thought to getting a good squad spirit like he's playing Football Manager - he has proven himself to be one of the worst managers the club has seen.
Face it, you were wrong.
