One point from the last 12 on offer, 5 wins out of 25 and bringing in 17 players during your tenure who for some reason you cannot get the very best out of is simply not good enough..
I respect you as a player and a person but you are simply not the rightan for the job.. Please leave our club swiftly and amicabilly so we get the best possible chance to change our season around..
IMO Pulis or Holloway for me, someone with real passion and fire in their belly..
Oh and please Mr Tan do not hamper our club any further by bringing in Roeder in any capacity..
