Pulis would be a nice fit. The things we are missing at the minute are:
.Organisation going forward and at the back
.Fitness
.Speed in play

These can all be offered by Pulis. Gutted the manager is going on one hand as he brought in some very nice players however didn't organise them in any shape or form.
