I know it's the Sun (a scum of a paper and usually full of shit) but they're reporting Ole is to be sacked after meeting officials in London today!

I would be amazed if he is still here by the end of the month, but you never know, its down to the pay off etc.

Pay off wouldnt be that much. He was on a 1 year rolling contract with that 1 year almost done with. So the pay off shouldnt be a problem surely?

If its a one year rolling contract it may mean that you will always have a year left on your contract, so it depends what his yearly salary is....if he is on £3 million a year the club may offer £1.5 million for him to walk away...I am only guessing though.

The seasons just started, the rolling contract is hardly going to end at Christmas at a football club

My understanding of a rolling contract is that it would always have a year to run otherwise it would be a fixed term 1 year contract. I can't imagine they would have been able to tempt him over from Molde with just 12 months on the table with a contract running down to nothing over a 12 month period. The rolling contract offers a degree of security to OGS whilst not landing the club with a huge compensation claim if he gets sacked.
